Congratulations to the Winners of the Rain Barrel Raffle!
Thank you to everyone who supported our WAM events and had the opportunity to enter the raffle for a painted rain barrel. Winners were chosen and announced at the July 26 Green Infrastructure for Homeowners Workshop in East Fishkill.Winners will be notified shortly, and barrels can be picked up at the Cooperative Extension office at 2715 Route 44, Millbrook.
All it required to enter the raffle was attending a Dutchess Watershed Awareness Month (WAM) event! For every event attended, participants received one raffle ticket for a chance to win one of the below pictured rain barrels. There was no fee and no catch. The more WAM events you attended, the more opportunities you had have to win. If you would like to win a hand painted rain barrel, but didn’t this year, make sure to participate in Watershed Awareness Month 2012 next year for other chances to win.
