The heavy rot can cause damage to sides of the house cause water will go somewhere if the gutters are unable to drain. Then it also causes heavy damage to roof also as it can collapse the roof.
- House Foundation: If the maintenance is not taken properly it will ruin the core foundation of the house and will make it weak over the time.
